El sostenimiento del modelo social que rige las economías desarrolladas pasa por recortes en el gasto y subida de los impuestos.

Según el Centre for Economics and Business Research, “para que el euro siga vivo, son necesarios mayores recortes en los estándares de vida de los que Reino Unido afrontó en la Segunda Guerra Mundial” para los miembros de la UE.

Sin duda ese parece el camino inevitable viendo las medidas de los estados miembros: menos beneficios sociales y más cargas tributarias y legales para el ciudadano.

Un sistema basado en las transferencias de capital obligatorias de un grupo productivo a otro improductivo estaba condenado a la ruina desde su nacimiento. La irresponsabilidad individual, el rentismo estatal y clientelismo político, no han funcionado. Lejos de las promesas de los políticos que nos prometían el paraíso terrenal, nos encontramos con una sociedad cada vez más empobrecida, intelectualmente adormecida y totalmente complaciente con los poderes del statu quo.

Los frutos del socialismo han resultado ser más un engaño sin responsables, pero con víctimas. Nosotros.

    ¿Los triunfos del socialismo? ¿De qué socialismo hablamos? Creo que debemos hablar de los frutos de un sistema capitalista gestionado por élites político-financieras (que en ningún caso pueden ser llamadas socialistas) cuyo único objetivo es el beneficio a corto plazo. Y ahora ese beneficio requiere de recortes sociales para seguir fluyendo. Esto no es una contradcción del Estado del Bienestar sino una confirmación de la lógica intrínseca del sistema.
